The hotel was perfect. The amenities the hotel offers are pretty valuable for the money you pay! Also they upgraded our room which is something we really appreciate.The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Jessica helped us a lot, regardless our requests and questions. The breakfast for a 3-star hotel was top notch.Furthermore, the distance from the hotel to the central Milano isn’t walkable but there is a train next to the hotel, so if you aren’t planning to rent a car, you can check the train schedules so you can move around.In conclusion, me and my friends are 100% recommend this hotel for your trip in Milano and it’s definitely revisitable.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, I was surprised. They helped me figure out how to get to MXP airport from Central Milan, and worked with me since my flight had gotten cancelled the day I was supposed to arrive. I have been to a lot of different hotels around Europe and I can definitely say this one is one of the best for it's money. I did not get the staff members names but many thanks to them and I appreciate their efforts very much.

I loved the location & breakfast - great value for money. The man I met at reception on arrival was very helpful & I appreciate it. The rail option right outside Hotel Milano takes you to Duomo Cathedral - really special trip I highly recommend.

It was a kind of cost wise room, although a bit less clean than excepted. Breakfast was decent, but the room could be cleaner. Overall, the staff was pretty polite and helpful.

The hotel was good overall. However, our expectations were slightly higher, especially after visiting other hotels from the same chain. The rooms had few damages on the furniture and visible aging in the bathroom. The location was good, very close to the tram station, which made it easy for us to get around the city. Another positive side, the staff was very polite, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had.

Excellent price/quality ratio at the cost of having to travel by tram each time you want to get to the hotel. Helpful staff, really good bakeries nearby, right near the convenient tram/bus stop.

The place was super clean, a bit far for my liking, but great value for money, the breakfast was great, and lasted enough hours to catch it every day, and it was just super nice to stay there. The walls were a bit 'transparent' so I could hear people outside of the room quite well, but nothing too bad, and people were mindful that you could hear them, so I think that made it a great experience.

Value for money hotel, we booked our room 1 month prior and paid 38€ per person/per night(including breakfast& tourist tax).Really good breakfast, friendly staff, quiet neighborhood 30 minutes from Milan city ( tram stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel)

varied choice and delicious breakfast, delicious coffee, comfortable and not creaky bed (I arrived in the evening with a sore waist after a long walk and the pain was completely gone by morning), 30 minutes by public transport to the city centre and 15 minutes by bus to the Malpensa Express terminal, the tram is barely audible in the room. A restaurant 50m from the hotel serves very tasty pasta dishes for half the price of the city centre, three people dined for a total of 35EUR with Italian food and soft drinks.
